JOB DESCRIPTION

Our installers begin their day by making sure they have the proper materials, equipment, and tools (all are provided by the company) loaded on their truck. They will travel to the job site and work under the supervision of a Foreman to ensure all installation protocols and safety guidelines are being met.

 

They will unload and clean the truck when returning to the office from a job site. Some travel is required. We cover the whole state of Arkansas. There will be times where you will be required to stay out of town overnight. When staying overnight, all lodging and meals are paid for by the company. Trucks and tools are to be kept clean.

 

The job site at the customer’s home must be kept clean. There is a lot of crawling under houses and working in tight, nasty areas. You must be able to crawl, carry, lift, push, and pull. This job is not easy, but it is very rewarding knowing that you are improving our customers' homes and their health.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a good attitude and be dependable

  • A reliable way to get to and from work

  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

  • Be able to work 40 hours per week

  • Be willing and able to work in tight and dirty spaces

  • Be willing and able to learn and follow our installation procedures

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with management, coworkers, and customers

  • Ability to lift 75 lbs

  • Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

  • Previous crawlspace experience is not required but is a plus

  • Installers - General construction knowledge is not required but is a plus

  • Carpenter – Extensive experience in crawlspaces with the repair of subfloor, main beam, joist, rim joist, sill plate, etc…

COMPENSATION

  • For Installers – Expected income of $30,000-$50,000+ per year. Total compensation is based on an hourly wage, overtime, and potential weekly bonuses.

  • For Carpenter – Pay is negotiable, based on experience

BENEFITS

  • Paid time off for 6 holidays per year.

  • After 6 months of continuous employment: Eligible for up to 5 days paid time off (PTO).

  • After 1 year of continuous employment: Eligible for up to 10 days PTO.

  • After 2 years of continuous employment: Eligible for up to 15 days PTO.
